Who are the classes suitable for?

After Effects classes are recommended for those who are older than 11 years old.

For the lessons a child has to have a great command of PC, for example to know how to use web browser, open new tabs, download and install files on the computer, create and rename folders. The student also should be familiar with a keyboard layout, know how to type, use the hotkeys and how to hold a mouse in the hand confidently.

In this section, we wiill get acquainted with the program interface and the basics of animation using keyframes. We will learn how to animate simple objects, set images in motion, animate text, and get acquainted with the basics of using masks and tracking, draw animated objects using basic tools.

Character animation
In this section, we will practice using character animation. Also, we will consider and try in practice additional tools for complex projects.
from 5 to 10 hours
Advanced level
In this section, we will create combined projects using additional programs, and decide on various complex animation tasks. We will get acquainted with additional plugins that will help us implement the most daring creative ideas. We will learn to use the tools of additional programs.
10 to 50 hours
Shapes and particles
In this section, we will get acquainted with the basics of creating shapeshifting animation, and we will learn the basic shape animators. We will learn how to create modern animation from shapes, animated backgrounds, and transformations, and get acquainted with the built-in particle generators. We will learn how to create realistic objects (flames, snow, sparks, rain, confetti and etc.) that can be used as special effects for 2D animation, and as decorations in 3D space.

In this section, we will practice creating animated compositions in different genres. The main focus is on the use of various techniques in creating unique animated objects.

Working with videos
In this section, we will learn how to work with video editing. Create special effects for video. We will know how to use 3D tracking, work with green screens, creating popular effects and transitions for videos. We learn how to add additional objects for realistic videos.

In this setction, we will work in detail with techniques for creating unique effects. We will begin to expand our knowledge of how to use the program's tools, and create unusual animated elements. We will learn to apply various techniques and stylistics in motion design, as well as the potential of using motion design in advertising and cinema.
