Create a parent account
To create a student account, you need to follow these steps in your parent account:
1. Choose a course. 2. Select the date and time for the lesson. 3. In a new pop-up window, create a username and password for the student's account.
After that, two personal cabinets will be available for you in the upper right corner.
Check microphone and video connection in personal account from Google Chrome
After the student is signed up for a free trial lesson, you need to set up a username and password for the student account where the lesson will take place. You can do it in the "Set login and password" tab. Save this data so you don't lose it. By using this username and password, the student will be able to enter his personal account on his own.
10 minutes before the start of the lesson, be prepared for the trainer’s call to start the lesson.
If you did not have time to set a login and password, then you can get to the lesson through the parent's personal account. There, 1.5 hours before the start of the lesson, the button "Go to the lesson" will appear. By clicking on it, you will be taken to the student's office, where the lesson will take place. Also don't forget to test your microphone and camera via the "Check connection" button.

If something goes wrong…
If you face any technical issues, don't worry!
Just write to Itgenik in the upper right corner of the personal account screen (from a computer) or in the lower part of the phone screen. We will help you to solve any problem.
Are you running late for a class? Please also inform us about it in the chat or write to us on any of the messengers.
Duration of the lesson
Depending on the course, the first free lesson lasts 2 hours (or 1 hour for Scratch Junior course) with one break of 5-10 minutes.
If the child is tired, you can always ask the tutor to take a break earlier, stay on the break longer, or even take an extra break or end the lesson.
The most important thing for us is that your child feels comfortable.
Read the tutor’s feedback
After the lesson, the tutor will leave a review on how the lesson went and give a personal recommendation for further learning.
You can read the review in the parent's personal account. There, you will have the opportunity to see which projects and topics your child completed and what they learned during the class. You can follow the progress of the training and see what topics are left to complete the course in the "Progress" tab in your parent’s account.

Haven't chosen a course yet, but are you ready to sign up for the first free lesson?
Write to us in any convenient messenger with your email which you used during registration, this way we will find you in our system immediately. You can always be in touch with our support team, and quickly receive news about the student's progress, reminders of classes and information about the balance.
How are the classes going?
During the whole lesson the tutor sees what is happening on the student's monitor, selects interesting tasks and projects for them, directs and helps if something does not work out. The tutor is always in touch, so you can contact him or her any time.
At the same time, the student is focused on the project, can work at their own pace, and the child is not distracted by others. The children do not need to adapt to someone, they follow their own individual learning paths.
A few more important points
The basis of any classes is established communication between the tutor and the student. In our school, this communication is built not only on technical support, but also on emotional connection. The tutor and the child need to build a trusting relationship in order to feel comfortable and feel no barriers.
Don't be shy: encourage your children to ask questions, get advice, and share their thoughts with the tutor.
The child needs some freedom while studying. Let him or her complete tasks without your help, work without doubt, try new things, make mistakes, then find and correct them under the guidance of our tutor.
