It's an automatic charge to your card for a "connected" package when your family's balance runs out of appropriate classes.
How can I activate Autopayment?
Go to the parent's account
Click the "Top up" button
Choose the lesson package and click Next
Make sure Autopayment is selected and click Next
Enter card data
After Autopayment is activated, "Autopayment activated" will appear in the Balance section
How can I deactivate Autopayment?
Go to the parent's account
Press the "Balance management" button
Select "Deactivate" and confirm the action
How can I change my card data or selected package?
Go to the parent's account
Click the "Balance management" button
Press the "Change" button by the card or package
How can I pay for a one-off package of lessons?
Go to the parent's account
Press the "Balance management" button
Click "One-time payment" and select the package you would like to use
Enter your card data
What is also important to know?
If at the time you activate Autopayment /change card data there are still lessons on your family balance, we will deduct and immediately refund a dollar to validate your card
Autopayment can be set up for more than one lesson package
If a debit attempt fails, we will repeat it every 24 hours
